Payment Policy

Payments & Security Deposits

50% of the accommodation fee will be due at the time of booking to secure your reservation dates.
The remaining amount will be due no later than 60 days prior to your check-in date.
Security Deposit Required - 250 - 500 USD depending on unit and reservation days

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, so in the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking:

Short Term Policy (less than 28 days)

Receive a full refund for bookings canceled at least 30 days before the check-in date, minus any payment processing and administration fees (approx. 10%).
After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Long Term Policy (more than 28 days)

Receive a refund for bookings canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date, minus any payment processing and administration fees (approx. 10%).
After that, guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the total booking price.
Cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Ask about options of rebooking for other dates or if we are able to rent the full booking that was canceled, at the same rate, you will receive a refund less the payment processing and administration fees.
